Holiday Return/Exchange Policy Notice: Fishwest is pleased announce an extended return/exchange policy for the holiday season. All order placed between November 15th, 2009 and December 25th, 2009 will have the return/exchange deadline extended to January 31st, 2010. All other conditions of our return/exchange policy apply (see details below). Happy Holidays!

Let's make this simple.  If you aren't happy, we're not happyIf any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations within the first 30 days of receipt, contact us and we will do everything that we can make it right.

If we can't make it right, we will give you a refund.  You trusted us enough to make a purchase. It is the least we can do.

Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any product purchased for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping
