Shipping Policy

Fishwest is proud to offer free domestic shipping on (almost) everything we sell.  Items that do not qualify for free shipping are clearly noted in their description or on the listing page.  Our free method means that we use the most cost-effective shipping option available.  We use various services from FedEx and US Postal Service.  So, if you are leaving for Alaska in a few days, please do not select free shipping.  Yes, our turn-around time will make your head spin and sometimes the carriers deliver ahead of schedule, but there are no delivery time guarantees with free shipping.  Don't put your dream trip to New Zealand at risk just to save a few bucks on shipping.  If you are planning your trip well in advance and have time to spare, our free shipping option cannot be beat.

We offer free domestic shipping on just about everything in our store.  If a product is not eligible for free shipping, it will be clearly stated on the product page. We require a $5 minimum order.

Orders must be place by noon (mountain standard time) to be processed the same day.  If it is 4 PM on a Monday and you place an overnight order, it will be processed Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

Note: The exception to this policy is our Free Shipping option. Free Shipping does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders that select Free Shipping will be shipped as soon as possible.

International orders must note the following:

  • We will not falsify customs forms.  The customs form will report the exact value of the purchase price for the products.  In addition, we will not mark the package as a gift.
  • The buyer is responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties and import fees that the destination country may charge.  We cannot control the taxes, VAT, duties and import fees that the destination country charges.
  • If the buyer chooses to refuse the shipment to avoid the taxes, VAT, duty or customs charges and the shipment is returned to us, the buyer responsible for the return shipping charges or a 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
  • INTERNATIONAL is anywhere outside of the United States.
