While it isn't handmade in England anymore, it is still one of the best reels on the market. The sound, the feel, the confidence of a big trout on a "Hardy" is still there and is more affordable than it would have been otherwise. I'll keep buying them.

What can be said in words that serves a beauty of reel like this justice? I got the feather weight, which works perfect with my 3 wt Scott rod. A dream on small trout streams. If you are, like, me, a sucker for classic yet sturdy and functional fly gear, this is a reel you don't want to miss...
