    Simply Awesome! Easy to use - I travel 30 miles to the river 3 days a week up to 55 mph - never even a wobble with the rods attached.

    I bought the Sumo Magnetic rod mounts after researching just about every rod holder I could find on the internet. I'll get to the bottom line quickly; I love them. They go on in 10 seconds, don't mark up the paint on my car and securely hold my fly rods in place. I don't drive on the interstate with them, not because I don't trust them, I don't want rock etc. hitting my equipment. But once on the water and moving spots, they make it so much easier then cramming the rods in the car. I was very concerned I would break a rod doing that. My decision was down to the suction mount and the magnetic mount. I went magnetic thinking that once on they would stay in place. The magnet is very strong and has a light liner to prevent scratching the car. I have since seen several competitor versions, NO WHERE NEAR AS NICE. The pivot balls make a quick custom fit to any car. Great product, I wish I had invented them!!!

    This Sumo will stay secure on those chatter your teeth rough river roads with no problem. Much better than brand-x!! Ask about the mount three times on S. Fork Boise River!!
